Founder, Elba Suarez, has always had a passion for cooking and baking. Nothing made her happier than making someone smile over a tasty meal or a sweet treat. After attending culinary school and working behind the line she realized that her true passion was making desserts beautiful. Seeing a face light up with joy when seeing a cake or dish specifically made for them was exactly what she wanted to see for the rest of her life. Elba started off making cakes for her friends and family while still working in the hospitality business. Being her toughest critic, it took her a long time to see that she can offer her cakes and treats to all. Thankfully her family was extremely supportive and helped through the long nights. Without that, starting the business wouldn't have been possible.
